Booking within 24 hours of clinic is considered last minute and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled without no show/last-minute-inconvenience fee of full price of your visit.
When you register, leave an email (for reminder) and a cell phone number for smoother communication. Fill out a simple online new client registration form using your cell phone or a browser, there is no paper forms in clinic. Forms can be found at http://www.AcuSpaceHealthClinic.com/forms.
